I use one hand. And when I start to suck because I can't keep up, I just mash my arrow keys with educated guesses and hope to god I don't screw up.

Usually works. Don't get you high scores, but gets you through the song. Remember though, it takes real skill to just mash the arrows randomly. No really it does. Thats why this games rocks.
