Help with pic below post and avatar

I need some help to make the pictures that everyone else has. I cant figure them out.

k so like d00d go to like gallery and like upload a pic you want as a sig. and then like 3 click on it and like choose like properties and like copy image link and then like paste in in your like sig like between the tags. kk?

Go to the FFR User Gallery and upload pictures into your personal album. Click on it once to bring up a screen with the picture centered in the middle. Right click on the picture and select "properties". In here there will be something called Image URL: Copy this link and go to your profile. Put the copied url inbetween for your signature.

For an avatar, just upload one off your computer.

hey i think that guy asked about avatars. oh and by the way i'm only standing up for him because i don't know how to change the avatars either.
