I actually have been forced to turn the speakers off on two occasions: Skellybones, which is completely off sync once you get to like, 120 combo or so, and For Who I Am, which horrible as well as completely off sync. This is a beat matching game though, so the music is essential.

i still cant AAA skellybones, i hate that song
im gunna try no volume to see where it gets me =p

the music helps me find the beat. the distracting thing to me is the shiny shiiinnnyyy arrows. . .

Seriously, do you ever spell words out. It's like reading from a two year old...

Except 2 year olds have an excuse for it.

I also have a tip. It's chewing gum while playing. This really helps me on my PA. Especially on songs like EHHS, GGC, and OMW, the only drawback is that i have to turn the temperature down to 30 degrees so my teeth start chivering enough to get on beat.

That happens a lot to me in NeoMax, i reach 112 combo and then fail because of my fingers.

Not a purpose bump.
