how do i apply speed mods?

i checked the settings tab, and there was a bit that showed me all the avaliable speed mods.

however, i could not choose any of them.

so what do i have to do to choose them, or how?

Speed mods are not currently available. You would have to use R2 or Resonance to use speed mods.
