You couldn't possibly be referring to copywritten commercial music.

If you're looking for independent artists whom don't rely on their work for a living and provide it free of charge, for your enjoyment, Soundclick and Newgrounds may be of use.

Some of the music featured in FFR is available for download. This thread might tell you where to obtain some of these songs.

If you're looking to buy some music from whatever artist is currently be overplayed on the radio, emusic doesn't have DRM. If you don't know what that is, your probably looking for iTunes.

If you're looking for stepfiles for stepmania this thread has plenty of links.
