    Sure.
If you don't already have it, download IE7.
Open up FFR, then press and hold the CTRL key while moving the scroll wheel on your mouse up, until your satisfied with how big the game screen is. Pressing F11 will make IE display a little more of the page, allowing you to make the game screen a little bigger as well.
    Are you a stepartist?

I didn't know there was a trick for that.

In my opinion, the only thing you accomplish by making the screen bigger is making it harder for your eyes to follow the arrows.

The smaller it is, the less your eyes have to work to see all the arrows. I would suggest you play it at regular size, and once you get comfortable with playing, try screenshrinking.

Screenshrinking is where you cut the screen in half (just scroll down or up so that you only see half of the screen [top half if you play with rising arrows and bottom half if you play with falling arrows]). I was skeptical about screenshrinking at first, because I thought that it would just cut my reaction time in half, but what it really does is make it so that you concentrate on the arrows that you are about to need to push instead of the ones you're about to push times two.

If you use Linux, you can download Opera instead of IE, Ctrl+mouse wheel works on Opera too =)

(Damn I thought everyone knew that, I should have posted that before DarkProdigy )

And yeah, it's only going to make the game harder.

The weight of what I say depends on how you feel.
