    FFR Official Scoring Guide

    The AAA Score For Any Given Song is the following:

    1550c, where variable c is the Max Possible Combo.

    For Example,

    The AAA score for Kick It is 911400.

    because 1550 * 588 = 911400.

    Your displayed score while playing is as follows.

    50p + 25g + 5a - 10m - 5b, where p is perfects, g is goods, a is averages, m is misses, and b is boos.

    The total score, displayed after the song on the results sheet, is as follows.

    550p + 275g + 55a - 310m - 20b + 1000c, where p is perfects, g is goods, a is averages, m is misses, b is boos, and c is the highest combo achieved during the song.

    Example:

    In the screenshot below of Max Forever by DM Ashura, the total score is 3453115.

    Using the formula confirms this, when the variables are substituted.

    p=2559
    g=141
    a=6
    m=4
    b=10
    c=2008

    550(2559) = 1407450
    275(141) = 38775
    55(6) = 330
    -310(4) = -1240
    -20(10) = -200
    1000(2008) = 2008000

    1407450
    + 38775
    1446225
    + 330
    1446555
    - 1240
    1445315
    - 200
    1445115
    +2008000
    3453115

    And there you go.

            What's with the sudden rush at trying to get stickies? Anyway, if this thread is stickied: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ad.php?t=57513 then we don't need this to be.

                    Yet it isn't stickied. Why?
                    Because we don't need to know how the scoring works.
