Take the bottom of the internet screen and bring it up so that the screen is smaller.

Just restore down the screen. It should be obvious from there.

Yeah, just resize the screen so that you cut the distance between the bottom of the screen and the stationary arrows are located. It will seem like the arrows are moving faster and it usually seems to get better results.
