besides this, i don't understand what you are asking...
if you are looking to download some of the songs off of R2... well, I'd recommend searching google for the websites of the artists... then going to their homepages. some of them will have their songs available for download for free. others won't.RIP -

if you mean "how do I get extra songs that I can play on FFR R2", the answer is (as far as I know): you can't. I'm 99% sure only the people in the development in R2 can put more songs onto it. I was disappointed when I figured out I couldn't put songs onto R2 too. StepMania is very much like R2, and it lets you put extra songs onto it (and even make your own).
