I just made a user name and tried it out... didn't work for me either. Weird. It works on my normal account but I think all new users' songs don't appear. I have 0 credits but that should still work shouldn't it? Hmmmm good luck with this problem guys. hope this helps(screenshot of my not working screen on new account):

If that is going to be your attitude after waiting 3 minutes for a response, FFR is better off without you. You would be more likely to get a response on this FREE site by showing some respect and having a little patience.

Now, is it working for you? How about giving some stats about your setup?

Unfortunately, I waited like 15 minutes in the Bugs forum before I decided to try this one.

So we figure its a newb problem, cuz my husband just made a new account and had the same problem. However, when he logs into his old account from like a year and a half ago, its all good...

But now he's telling me that yesterday, he logged in w/ his new account and it worked, but when he logged out and into his old one, THAT one didnt work. He's saying something about a server problem with the accounts...

and I see on the news that you guys just got a new server, so...

that happened yesterday so everythung should be up atleast thats what i think. everything's working good for me. hmm, my guess is that they played a first game and started off horribly so they held down an arrow so they could get some boos. when they're finished with the songs the credit amount received is -1 so they have -1 creds in all.

I wasnt able to play any song at all, and my cred reads zero. In the event this happens, how do you get rid of negative credit (if anyone is still in this forum)?

only way to get rid of a negative credit count is by an admin fixing it or someone giving you credits to fix it.

only way to get a negative credit count is to challenge someone for more credits than you have and lose.
