Question about in-game settings

Ya i'm new to FFR and was wondering how i would be able to change the in-game settings. I found settings tab but half of the setting are shadded out grey and wont let me change them. If anyone had some help I would really appreciate it.

Those options will not be available until the third version of the game is relaesed. That is what I have heard up until this point.

You can't change any of the gray ones until 3rd style.
