Quick question

I wasn't sure where to post this, but considering ppl ask questions in the noobie forums all the time i thought i might as well put it here. How do you make custom C Mods? C400 is getting too slow for me (considering im playing stuff like Black Dragon and Saleiri Strikes Back where its possible to see what you're doing, but barely). All help is appreciated.
