How do i upload a song i made onto the simfiles place here?

Where it says FFR simfile database there should be a upload button.

It says it can't have stops or BPM changes, but I've seen songs that had those. Do I really have to delete the stops and the bPM changes?

No.That's only for FFR Resonance, But you can still upload a simfile with BPM changes.

FFR Resonance is a game that lets you play simfiles from the database. But still go ahead and upload your simfile. I'll tell you if it got uploaded.

And also, what does winzip.com supposed to do? It looks like it costs money. Just want to upload song, not pay money for this thing
