I'm pretty sure that i cant play FFR with a DDR pad ,but is there a way to do it?

I could probably only do like standard and difficult songs from FFR. =/

It wouldn't be as good playing with a pad because you can't hold your foot down on an arrow (boos). Just get stepmania if you don't already have it.

yes... see the thread on remapping your keys which should help to explain it.

do a search for autohotkey to find the thread.

I got the UBS link and the pad , but do i still need to remap my keys?

yes. ffr will only work as is for the directional keys and the numpad.

so you need to remap the directional keys to the pad arrows... as was said above, it is easier to do with SM, although I don't know how to do that.
