Essentially you stick around, participate and be part of the community. The Forum automatically flags you after you contribute and participate enough.

Since no one actually answered the question specifically: You get the "Senior Member" title after your 500th post.

Or you become an MP mod, which automatically comes with the "Senior Member" title regardless of postcount. Only one person has gotten the title this way though, so yeah, the first way is about a million times more likely XD
