your forum profile or your FFR profile?

forum profile: go to UserCP on the top left next to FAQ.
FFR profile: go to http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/profile/kaztro/ and hit the "edit my profile" button. (below the FFR radio button or above your avatar to the right)
