I'll assume you mean "How do I make my uploaded zip file playable in FFR Resonance?"

#1: Make your stepfile in Stepmania like normal. If you don't know how to do this, look up a FAQ or guide in the simfiles forum.

#2: Upload to the FFR database like normal. If you can't figure out how to do this, you are retarded. It really isn't difficult by any means.

#3: Be sure to include a .sm file in your uploaded zip and be sure that there are no BPM changes or stops and it will automatically have a play now button which is color (and number) coded according to the difficulty level (1=beginner, 2=light, 3=standard, 4=heavy, 5=challenge).
