Excuse me? I'm new to this forum, I'm just old to tons of other forums (Shoutwire, SpikedHumor, etc.) Not like they don't have similar rules too. I'm also 17 years old, so I guess that explains my maturity.

As you become more entangled within the community you will see that people are making other accounts because they made a bad name for themselves and are trying to make a better name. They eventually get caught, like laughsitup.
