yea how do i put a backround im good at making songs and stuff and i have my own bg animations for backround but i dont know how to acctually make the backround appear always and not have the stepmania backround appear

As for background animations, I cannot help you there, as for still backgrounds, I can. Simply put -bg at the end of it and make sure you have no caps or spaces.

Example:

delerium-bg (First thing that came to mind)
