Uh, you download them using firefox same way you'd download any other file with any other browser, right?

Just download them like you would any other downloadable file...
I highly suggest getting files from www.bemanistyle.com ... My favorite place as well as about 99% of other people out there too I'm sure
You can then play those files using Stepmania (#1 chose of program) from www.stepmania.com ...
If you need any help on getting simfiles into the game and such, stepmania.com has plenty of tutorials to help you out
