    FFR Tutoring - Credits Offered!

I'm offering credits per lesson, I'll get to that later in this message

I'll be brief here. I need to learn how to get better at FFR, primarily trills. I like the game, but I noticed a big gap in game play. I want to be really good, and have the ability to beat songs like Minute Waltz with barely losing any arrows one day, and I hope by asking for some sort of lessons that this may be possible. I need someone who won't just tell me to "practice", I need someone to tell me what songs, how many times, and what sort of skill level I should be reaching for every time I play.

I know this is sort of a weird request, but I want someone to teach me how to play FFR at a higher level. I have MSN, or the PM system on these boards to work with. I need to learn how to master the arrows, and how to get them all effectively.

My Skill Level: I can beat Breaking the Common, One Last Battle, and (of course) Secret Zombie Room flawlessly, with no arrow losses, and no averages... and can almost beat Stalled Out and Sushi without losing an arrow. I can beat any song, but I end up mashing to keep me from achieving a really good score and the giant credit totals I see in pics in the Brag Board.

What I need: Someone to teach me how to effectively trill. I can do jumps very well, and am decent at jacks. I can master streams... the one thing is to leap from the world of stream songs to the world of trill songs. If you can help me with this, it is much appreciated.

What I am asking for specifically: I need someone who can give me detailed advice on, and tips for, trill mastering. Someone who can offer me proper and thorough understanding of the subject, and is willing to help. I need someone who can tell me how to focus, and to keep from mashing through tough songs (like those on the Classical section).

Who I am asking: I'm asking anyone who can help. If you have a lot of FFR experience, and know what you're doing, then you're good. Other criteria that are needed are someone who CAN trill very well, and someone who has a good FFR rank. If you have a top 10 on any decent song, then you're perfect.

Rates: I am offering 100 credits per PM lesson (negotiable). I can go upwards from there, but basically 100 is what I can primarily vouch for. If you can work with these sort of numbers and are willing to help, drop me a line in this thread or in a PM and we can iron something out. I don't know if the credit transfer system works, but in case it doesn't, I'll just send a song challenge for 100 or so credits and bomb the song purposely so you'll get the credits.

Thanks, and I need your help in FFR!

no one can teach u how to practice. that is only u. that's why everyone says practice. and most people will never reach the ability of the top 10's. I've been here for 2 years and the most i've gotten is 950 combo on epic.

    Just practice

There has to be a way, some sort of method of acheiving a higher level of FFR success. I've seen someone play, and on their first try beat Molto Vivace. Does this mean that my success in FFR is capped because of who I am? There has to be some method of teaching someone else what to do and how to do it to acheive a better total or combo in FFR... there's always a way of getting better at something.

Good now do Beethoven Virus and Neomax for awhile. Also take a look at the ones at the end of dance.

I'm getting a lot better! Euthanasia is easy as hell! I've also done a lot of other songs I used to suck at and slashed my rank in half... I can beat neomax, but the few jacks at the very end give me a little trouble and mess up my combos. Beethoven Virus is kind of the same deal, I lose precious arrows because of dumb mistakes. I've sort of mastered the songs in your post there though.

If I had SM I would never play FFR again.

PS for practice just do Get down, buy and play through Silence, Delirium, and Gradeus. Do the songs that go really fast or have a lot of arrows that way the easier songs are incredibly easier.

"1 ) Scroll the screen so you only see about half of the total screen."

This is ESSENTIAL if you want to get better. It is harder at first, but it is the only way you will learn to PA and FC masters and guru songs.
