Don't touch life at all, with that you just die quicker, not gonna get you better.
J5 might help accuracy but IMO you gotta be decent enough as it is for it to have any effect otherwise you might just frustrate yourself on J5 instead and slow your progress even more. Isn't SM for fun? ;o
