No, they are there incase someone makes a new song. The only ones that can be "unlocked" are those in the secret category.

"Not Available" songs are either:

• Placeholders
• Secret songs (only in ? category)
• Purchased songs (only in Purchased category)
• Picture of kefit nude O_O
