Simple.

Just play the game. The more total points you have, the better your rank.

the ranks arent updated too often though, so youll have to be patient, maybe once a month if your lucky, but usually takes longer than that =/

play more and try to get high scores but like darkshark said you'll have to be patient when it comes to updating ranks

More playing = Better rank
Dur...

Just never expect it to be updated as often as you play. And Im trying to play more often wile I can cause I expect my rank to drop once I start working again.
