I'm not really sure what you mean by "you're stuck at the game thing"... I suggest looking at the FAQs located on the main menu to the left.
Also, be more specific about your problem.

i dont quite understand either, but i think your just stuck on the main screen lol, just pick a genre (just click on the big button that says dance is the default) pick a song(you have to click it twice)...it loads..and you play, simple as that ^_^
