i actually use one hand, useing my index finger on my right hand as the left aarow, and the ring finger as the right aarow, and the middle finger works out with the up and down buttons


i use my middle finger more with the ladies, its big and strong after playing this game

Same here. The hardest part after that is to get your fingers moving fast so you can get the strings in songs like Burnout, Metalman Goes Clubbing (I love this one.) and the "Difficult" and up ones.
