ffr wont start song

when i select a song it will load the screen but it wont start with the arrows or music. please help me

1) Use internet explorer (if you aren't already)
The flash plugin in other browsers isn't the best

2) Clear your cache

3) Hope for the best

4) Get the newest version of Flash if the best doesn't come
