I had read the sticky but i was just wondering, why is everyone eles way bigger and mines so small and says its over 20kb or what ever it is, mines like 49kb// can anyone help me :/ ?

Try recompressing the image.

Well, it might be a very detailed picture and it might not meet the 29 KB limit.
