RE: need help with screenshots.

You'll need an image hosting site.
I use http://www.photobucket.com

There will be instructions on how to upload pics. Afterwards, copy the link and: put this:img src="yourImageURLHere"
in these tags: <>

If you know how to paste it (Ctrl V in paint, or Edit > Paint from the top menu bar) Then choose the Selection Tool (dotted-line-square icon) and then click-Drag the sectoin that you want to show us (The FFR screen.)

Then right click the square selection you made, and click either "Cut" or "copy" either one will do. Once you do that, go to File > New from the top menu, and say No when it asks to save, unless you want to. Then hit Ctrl V again (or edit>paste) and then save what you see. You should see the FFR screen that you cropped out. File > Save it, upload it to www.imageshack.us Photobucket is okay, but their bandwidth gets exceeded alot. Once you get the URL of the image from imageshack, post it here on FFR as you see here: (without the "code" part)

Code:
[img][url]www.YourImageURLgoesHere.com/asdf.jpg[/img][/url]
Just like that. It looks like alot, but once you get the hang of it you can do it within a minute or so.

Photobucket also requires registration.

It's free, though.
