          You can't. Arrowkeys work and Numpad words, as far as I know. I've never really tried anything else lol

            Yeah, I usually use the 2,4,6, and 8 on my numpad.

              That's what I use, and I've managed to snag a spot on most of the high scores list, usually top 5, sometimes #1 ... Even on harder songs. If you're not index, I suggest numpad for FFR. Makes timing easier, IMO.
