Stupid question

I feel like a newb for asking this (not in a bad way, in a way that I feel like I should know this already), but how do you put a screenshot into your posts? =/

take a screenshot, save it onto your computer, then just upload it into an image site such as imageshack at www.imageshack.com
then add it to your post as an [ img] URL GOES HERE [/ img]

Actaully, that's NOT what he's asking. You have to type something first, and then hit preview. In that window, there's a button to add an attachment. This can be in picture form. Or screenshot form.
