Dance Pads vs. Keyboards

Does anyone else find it a lot harder to play songs on FFR with a keyboard than dancing on a pad at the arcade?

i find it hard because the keys are to close together, dancing on a pad is alot easier... but others are different.

I actually find it harder to do it on the keyboard that the pad. I like the pad better, but I am getting used to it.

I actually prefer to use the keyboard..... I was never too great on the pad.

They each have their ups and downs. On the pad, you have to worry about your balance (my biggest problem -.- ), which obviously isn't an issue on the keyboard. But on keyboard, all the movements are centralized to your fingers, and your muscles can get sore and stiff when you play a lot and go through a rough patch. Then again, it's a lot quicker to catch yourself and make up for it when you make a mistake on the keyboard than it is on a pad...

I jerry rigged my pad to my computer so i can do both but the keybord seems easyer to me especaly with songs like secret zombie room and flight of the bumble bee but with most othere songs it doesnt really make a differiace

Well if you use a keyboard there is no physical activity and your fingers can move faster than your feet (well mine do) so keyboard wins hands down. and

THE KEYBOARD IS WAY EASYER THEN THE REAL THING BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO JMP AND STUFF AND ON A COMPUTER U JUST STAND STILL AND DO NOTHING

Is there a point anyone is trying to make here? Keyboard =/= Pad, they are just different.
