Question about Multiplayer

Hi. I'm new... yeah. Okay, now that that's out of the way.

I don't know if this computer isn't functioning properly or I'm just imagining something being here that isn't. But I can't get multiplayer to work. Now I've checked about every FAQ I could find, but didn't get anywhere with this question. So what's the deal? Is it related to the Challenge option or what?

You need to shut down any firewalls you have

also, if you aren't using IE
try using IE

the flash plugin in IE is better
