i need help posting the picture for my current mage and a siggy to go at the bottom can someone help me ...please

On the menu bar right above the thread title, click on the button saying "Profile". In the space next to "Signature" you can put your sig here. If you want to put a siggy, you must add an image tag to the html for your siggy.

At the bottom of the page, you will see the "Avatar Control Panel". Here, you can add an avatar, as long as your avatar is within the limits of 150 x 150 pixels and the file size is less than 29 KB.
You can either upload your avatar from your computer, or you can type the URL where your avatar is located (if you're going to take your avatar from something you hosted on Imageshack, etc.)

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with your internet conection. Try uninstalling all internet browsers and then getting a new one afterwards
