Tech issue with R1 Normal Resolution

2 days ago I was able to launch and play normally on R1 normal resolution but since yesterday I am unable to get to song select screen, whenever I click on genre the side arrows dissapear and nothing happens, I tried refresh, restart, everything, tried on IE and Firefox. Btw the game works fine on small resolution and full screen that's what truly confusing me.

The same thing happened to me, but now I can't play in small or fullscreen either because I get the same problem.

You are probably in Multiplayer Mode. Look at the top of the screen. Is the M highlighted? If so, you need to choose one of the other options to make it work. Most people use up scroll, and that is where it shows arrows going up the screen.
