Umm maybe ask some specific questions...your multiplayer not connecting could be a result of...ack I forget what caused it to happen to me.

But since you asked for help before addressing that problem, I'm assuming you need halp with more.

Edit your first post with some questions...and I'll edit this one with some responses.

Multiplayer connecting usually means
a) Firewall blocking it
or
b) Internet Options blocking stuff (in paranoid mode)

solution: Turn off all firewalls and allow FFR through any paranoid precations from your browser, and just to be safe, use IE, it works better in IE
