As you all may tell, I'm new, and want to get godly at this game. I knwo practice makes perfect, but woudl someone mind giving me some of hte songs that are best for me to start with and that will get me bette the fastest? I can do many, but then there are the REALLY hard ones that are quite a bit harder, even if they are called standard. Thanks

That's A good start. Then move on to something like Breaking the Common. Then something like X-Dreamer.

Well, the pic under your name is called an Avatar. To get one, you have to go to your profile in the forum, and either link a pic from a website, or upload one from your comp. The picture must fit the dimensions of 150x150, and be less than 29 kb. To get a picture under your post, you have to put the link of a picture into it, and surround by img tags. Example [img]insert url here[/igm] . That area is called the "sig zone". or more commonly referred to as a signature.

i have a question

this may hapen to every1 or just me on my pos computer

but sometimes my flash i guess doesn't load and the song list spins in and all and the arrows show up but even if i click an arrow to change styles when i click the style the arrows dissappear and nothing ever loads and it will do that usally for the rest of the day then the next day when i get the feeling to try it will work fine it gets me so pissed

I'm assuming that you're talking about FFR R2.
To answer your question, it is likely that the cause of your problem is your computer. If your computer has weak memory (something like 128 MB), chances are trying to play R2 will result in being frustrated with the inability to load songs fro that game...

Well, at least I think that's the problem. It happened to me before on an old computer quite a while ago.

And umm...if you want to learn 16ths quicker, playing Fett's Vette might help. Even though it sounds pretty silly for a song, it has nice, easy to follow 16th-note streams.
