Some are grammar nazis, so play on the safe side. People may get mad at you for making this thread in chit-chat and not in the noob forum. Practice all the beginner songs, just practice, only way to get better. Also, I suggest reading the rules so you don't get flamed.

We are, and you're in the wrong forum. Try 8bit Mario, Yoshi, all those easy songs to begin with. Move up to like Zelda or whatever is a bit harder. Eventually play Breaking the Common, then X-Dreamer I guess. Stepmania is a good place to practice. There is a forum about it in the lower-middle area of the main forum page. It explains everything you'll ever need to know about it. Don't try Stepmania til you can pass at least all Difficult songs, otherwise, you'll find yourself playing a bunch of songs that are far too hard :/

I believe that getting better requires higher learning and osmosis... but I like ToshX's remark get stepmania itll help you more because you can do speed mods to see arrows easier (unlike FFR)

Does Synth plan on making speed mods any time soon, because R2 doesn't work for me.
