At the bottom left hand side of the screen. Next to the word, "Total."

No I think I know what she (or he idk) means. Sometimes they dont load (happens to me sometimes, especially when I get a new highscore. As far as I know you just have to deal with it, but dont worry it shouldnt happen all the time
