You press the corresponding arrows with your keyboard. ---> = the right arrow key. You may also use your mouse, which is much harder. Welcome to FFR.

I'll assume you meant online. You go to "THE GAME" and then beneath the flash window (Which happens to be "THE GAME") there's a multiplayer window. You click connect, and you'll be in a lobby. Then you start or join a game, and once you both pick the same song, you'll start playing.
