unlock - auto or not???

when i song is "not available" I was told you earn points to unlock it

do these songs unlock by themselves or must I do something to unlock them

(i'm not talking about the songs you can buy with your points)

The only songs that you can "unlock" are the songs in the secret section. Everything else you can either buy(purchased section) or one song gets added every week.

you mean the songs like in dance and funk and rock and all?

Once you get a certain number of credits for the song (50 for Secret Zombie Room, for example) the song simply appears in your "Secret Songs" section and you can play it right away.

The ones in dance and funk and stuff are the ones that get added every week.

then why do i have the same ammount of songs in rock and dance?

Just because it says "Not available" doesn't mean it will have a song in it over time. Those spots are for when the people who stepfile them add them, normally once a week. The only place you can unlock songs that say "Not Available" is in the Secret section.
