Hey, welcome to the FFR comunity
to get a moving pic in your sig or av, it has to be a gif, i dont think PNphpBB2 supports flash, but to put it in your sig, use the IMG tag by putting that in [ ] and for the av, there is a setting in your "my account" on the side bar
