Hehe, zackflash, after you have been playing for a while it won't seem like it, just keep practicing and you will soon have a nice balance.
sportif, i think it is just when the admin people have time to upload them (don't remember exactly who does it) but i am sure one of the older members will be able to answer your question better than me. I would just keep a check on it and at some point it wil get done.

Welcome, guys! Yeah, when you start, it does take a while for credits... as you get better you'll get more. When I started, the most I could get is 7 per song, (on FF7) now I can get 17 credits off a few songs, easily. Just takes practice, and a song you can listen to repeatedly.

sportif: rankings are updated usually every Thrus/Fri... somewhere in there. Also, Difficult songs are usually harder... but there are a few that their difficulty does not match up with what FFR gave it (Crystalis is a lot easier than other "very difficult" song... a LOT.)

Well, guys, just play around, and have fun. Try learning to play with two hands... only way to pass the hardest songs.

Ok, First off, the ranks upload whenever LD wants to update them.. Sometimes it is a week, or every day that he updates them. There can't be a lot of people connected to the server for him to update them for whatever reason blah blah. To play multiplayer click the big "Go" button towards the bottom of the game screen.. Crystalis is in arcade.

Just wondering how the rankings actually work. Is it the ranks from all the songs put together, and therefore a good idea to get a score on all of the songs? Or does it work another way.

there are no speed mods as of yet, but you can try messing around with tiny mode.
