FFR isn't working- lOOK here

Hey, I'm new kinda, but i'm pretty skilled. You know where you change your way the arrows hit the arrow thing? I can't change it back to the regular up and down- It will change to everything else though. I have cleared my cache. Help. I'd doubled clicked it, triple clicked it, blah.

NO rofl i know that..it wont let me change it back to the regular ffr option.
