How do you change speed etc. I can only change some options on my user.

you can only change speed on r2 (you are probably on r1)
go to ffr the game and go to settings but the speed cant change in r1 only it r2

click home and on the left side of the screen click r2 public beta (its close to the top)

It's not necessarilly 'changing', perse, but playing a different game... Tcpb almost makes it sound like you have to update from R1 to R2, but it is actually just two different games. Enjoy both of them!
