    Is there any way I can download the megaman 2 dr wily song from flash flash revolution. I like that specific remix but I cant find it online.

      No, you may not- but I'm sure no one would mind if you just recorded it (and didn't distribute your recording in any way shape or form other then your own enjoyment)... check the FAQs before posting here, and by the way- welcome to the forum.

          I have the song, and I'm not sure if sending the song is allowed or not. I know asking it is not allowed, but sending it, not sure.

          Of course I am not going to send the DWI, just the mp3, only if its allowed.
