No, it just means you're a n00b who just joined today (or just joined the forum today so that they look like a n00b).
Keep practicing, and you will soon notice that the experience will count in other songs as well.

I mean, I could practice FOTB for a week and I wouldn't pass, it could just be your not ready for that song, so just keep practicing things you CAN do and move up slowly to things that you used to not be able to do...Thats what I did and I can quite a few Difficult songs, so thats just my method...
