Any good reason for this?

I cant seem to connect to multiplayer. Any good reason for this? Also, I've made and lost 500 credits twice. I buy songs but they take all my money and dont appear. Anyway. Help please, I'm dying to multiplay.

Multiplayer doesn't work. I don't know about the songs though...
