where do i get that song its not on the purchase list and its not in any of the game modes

NeoMax is a purchaseable song. It should be in the FFR shop, or, if you bought it already, under the Purchased genre.
If it's not in either of those places, I'd say there's a glitch somewhere. Try clearing your cache and all that jazz. That usually helps.
