                  Websites are like schools, meaning when you go into a website, you are under the specific rule of the owner of that website. For instance, let's say you went to DDRFreak. If the owner of DDRFreak just so happened to prevent you from accessing the site at all, they could do that and you couldn't do shit about it. There isn't some law against it. It's like how schools have set rules, and they can expel you for doing something.
